Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Insect Lore Europe apparel; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all insect-themed tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
